Clearing your browsers cache

Windows95 / NT
Netscape Navigator 4.x

• >From the Edit  menu, select Preferences
• Select Advanced and click on the + sign to open the options
• Select Cache
• Make certain that  you have either 'Once per session' or 'Every Time' selected
• Click on 'Clear Memory Cache' confirm with OK
• Click on 'Clear Disk Cache' confirm with OK
• Click OK
• Restart Netscape Navigator browser again

  Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x

• In the View  menu, select Options
• Select Advanced
• Select Settings in Temporary Internet Files
• Make certain to select 'Every visit to the page' or 'Every time you start Internet Explorer'
• Select  Empty Folder (confirm with Yes)
• Select OK
• Click OK again 
• Restart Internet Explorer again
