Hi... I'm Chayse - 30 years old from Johannesburg, South Africa.
To ALL the ladies in Room 65 who I have had the honour and priviledge of meeting:
Thank you for making my visits with you wonderful, fun and filled with laughter.
You are all so wonderful and accepting. I am only sorry that I cannot visit more often -
for you really know how to make someone feel better and surely need your spirit,
humour and laughter. I am one of those unlucky ones who have cancer - and I was
feeling very down when first visiting you. The reception I received was wonderful....
warm and inviting.... made me feel so much better - allowing me further strength for
the weeks that followed. You may not know how much that helped - but I just wanted you
to know that it gave me strength - and I just wanted to thank you all.... Ellie... thank
you so much for the booties.... ha ha ha - they sure keep the tootsies warm... just
waiting on the bib that you promised - so get knitting *smiles*. To everyone else
- I bid a heartfelt thank you and goodbye.... *handing each one a single red rose*
.... and with each rose goes a huge hug, passing on strength, love and peace....
